Dining at the Ivory Palace is meant to feel like eating in a private Mayfair house. There is one small restaurant — the Ivory Dining Room — and one hotel bar — the Library Bar. A single private table, the Card Room table, is available by arrangement for parties of six to ten.

The Ivory Dining Room

A single small dining room with ivory linen, brass candlesticks and a faded oriental rug. British seasonal cooking — game in autumn, roots in winter, asparagus in May — from a short menu that changes weekly. A short, well-chosen wine list. No tasting menu; order what you like.

The Library Bar

A quiet hotel bar with a mahogany counter, a brass footrail and a short list of classic cocktails. The nightcap after the floor, or a slow first drink before dinner. A small list of British spirits and a single champagne by the glass.

The Card Room table

A single private table for eight, by arrangement, in the small card room off the bar. For a quiet dinner before or after play. A set menu, chosen with the kitchen in advance.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included for hotel guests and served in the Ivory Dining Room from 07:00 to 10:30. Cooked to order, with a small buffet of pastries, fruit and cold cuts. Room service breakfast is available from 06:30.
