Responsible gambling
Last updated: July 2026
The Ivory Palace is a private members' club for adults aged 18 and over. We want every guest to enjoy the gaming floor and to keep gambling enjoyable. Gambling can be addictive. If gambling stops being fun, or is affecting your life or the lives of people around you, free, confidential help is available now.
Set limits before you play
- Decide a money budget and a time limit before you start, and stop when you reach them.
- Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
- Never chase losses. Chasing losses is one of the clearest signs of a problem.
- Take regular breaks. Gambling should not fill your whole evening.
- Avoid gambling when stressed, upset, or under the influence of alcohol.
Self-exclusion
If you want to take a break from gambling, you can self-exclude from all UK online and many offline gambling operators at once using GamStop, the free national self-exclusion service. Our team can also arrange exclusion from the Ivory Palace gaming floor on request.
